Welcome to MojoShop. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any related services (together, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Mojo Payments Ltd (“MojoShop”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
- Definitions
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:
- “Account” means a registered user profile created to access the Platform.
- “Products” means all goods and/or digital items offered for sale on the Platform.
- “Services” means all features, tools, payment processing, logistics support, customer service, and related functionalities provided through the Platform.
- “Website” means our official website and all related subdomains operated by Mojo Payments Ltd.
- “Platform” means the Website, mobile application, and any associated systems or services.
- “User” means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- Use of the Platform
3.1 Lawful Use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- 2 Prohibited Conduct: You must not:
- Use the Platform for fraud, illegal activity, or infringement of rights;
- Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt system integrity;
- Engage in spam, scraping, or automated access;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3.3 Enforcement: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
- Accounts
4.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an Account.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your Account.
4.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4.4 We may suspend or terminate Accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms without prior notice.
4.5 Multiple Accounts created to circumvent restrictions are prohibited and may be terminated.
- Products and Availability
5.1 Product information is provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
5.2 All Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or limited without notice.
5.3 We may offer substitutes of equal or greater value where Products are unavailable.
5.4 Prices may change without notice and are subject to correction of errors.
5.5 We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or product errors or suspected fraud.
5.6 Force majeure events may affect availability, and we are not liable for resulting delays or failure to supply.
- Orders, Payments and Refunds
6.1 Orders constitute an offer and are accepted only upon dispatch confirmation.
6.2 Payment must be made in full using approved payment methods.
6.3 We may cancel or reject orders suspected of fraud
6.4 Chargebacks made without valid justification may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.
6.5 Refunds:
- Refunds apply only to eligible cancelled or returned orders;
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days;
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise;
- Certain items (including digital, perishable, or custom goods) are non-refundable;
- Delivery and handling fees may be non-refundable unless due to our error.
- Delivery
7.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
7.2 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
7.3 Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address.
7.4 We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or inaccurate delivery information.
- Returns
8.1 Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to Products being unused and in original condition.
8.2 Non=Returnable items include perishable goods, digital products, custom-made items, and final-sale items.
8.3 Returned items will be inspected before refunds are approved.
- Intellectual Property
9.1 All Platform content is owned or licensed by Mojo Payments Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written consent.
9.3 All trademarks remain the property of Mojo Payments Ltd or respective owners.
9.4 We may take legal action against any infringement of our intellectual property rights.
- Limitation of Liability
10.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, revenue, or data.
10.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim.
10.3 We are not liable for force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Data Protection
11.1 We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
11.2 You have rights of access, correction, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
12.2 Disputes shall first be resolved amicably within 30 days.
12.3 Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), and the decision shall be final and binding.
- Amendments
13.1 We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
